Day 18 marked the final day our a Topdeck Tour and allowed us to tick off a few last tourist attractions within England.
Day 17 we jumped on a ferry in Dublin and sailed across to Northern Wales….
In Dublin we saw a traditional Irish show, rang a bell in a church and tried Guinness.
Apparently kissing the Blarney Stone will give you the gift of the gab. I’m dubious but I didn’t actually kiss the stone myself so I can’t completely discount it’s powers…
One of the most scenic days of our trip and definitely one of my favourites.
GALWAY, IRELAND 🇮🇪 – possibly one of my favourite places on earth… strap yourself in, this is a long post (don’t worry it’s mostly pictures – it’s practically a picture book!).
Day Ten of our six week trip we continued our Topdeck tour and left Scotland to enter Northern Ireland by ferry. Belfast wasn’t what I was expecting but there was so much history to learn about…
Our stop into Glasgow on our Topdeck tour was pretty short and we spent most of the day traveling there (but we weren’t too upset because we got a few days in Edinburgh which was awesome)….
Edinburgh was possibly one of my favourite places we visited over the course of our six week trip… I loooove this place and will definitely be back for a longer visit one day.
First stop – Angel of the North. This seemly random statue chilling near a highway is the most viewed piece of art in the world – pretty cool! Other than that there isn’t much more to say about it… Moving on!
