LONDON! Feeling a bit jet lagged and wobbly we seized the day and headed into Westminster nice and early. After mistakenly admiring Westminster Cathedral for 15 minutes we realised Westminster Abbey (which we were actually searching for) was a few blocks over. Oops.
With my recent trip to Europe being my first ‘big trip’ there was a lot of planning, budgeting and pre-booking required to ensure everything went smoothly. We spent over six weeks traveling twelve countries and also had to factor in 24 hours worth of flying to and from Europe (why is Australia so far away from everything…) and of course the dreaded jet lag.
ME! That’s who. Yeah sorry probably got your hopes up it was someone cool. Anyway I’m back after six weeks of trekking through Europe. I visited twelve countries over 42 days and did loads of dorky (but also great) touristy things.
In a few days I’ll be boarding my first ever international flight! Over the next six weeks I’ll be exploring England, Scotland, Wales, North Ireland, Ireland, France, Spain, Monaco, Switzerland, Vatican City and Italy. This trip has been 2 years in the making so I’m super excited to finally be jetting off.
